Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@pawvortex.store with your order number and photos of the package. We will promptly issue a replacement or full refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes PawVortex is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
